I'm a Chinatown NYC snob and Chen's is the best Chinese I've had in Richmond. Wonton soup was great - love the dumplings . Chicken and snow peas was tasty and not too salty
We used to go here all the time until we found a place closer to home. After a few bad meals we went back to Chen's today. We never should have left Chen's in the first place.
Ask for the brown sauce on the chicken and snow peas .
Waiter Jack is awesome! Hunan shrimp & mu shu veggies .... Yum! Plus oranges for desert & great fortunes.
