Had an outstanding breakfast ! The Caprese Benedict (picture) was delicious, and the peach cobbler pancakes were to die for. Great coffee too! Would definitely eat here again!

If you like hash browns , get the Snooze Spuds Deluxe , add an egg and a few toppings (avocado , goat cheese , caramelized onions are my go tos).

Walk around Pearl Street Mall while waiting. When you're table is ready, ask for the Pancake of the Day! Corned beef hash is a must-try too! Then you'll realize it's all worth the wait. Bon Appetit!????

Pancake & French toast selections & seasonal flavors are to die for! Juan's breakfast tacos have unlimited creative options! No reservations , but worth the wait!

Although seasonal, try the pineapple upside down pancakes if you get the chance. They're perfectly fluffy, not too sweet and light as can be. They're also served with cinnamon butter .

The corned beef hash was fantastic. So yummy. The coffee is great (and the mugs are large!) and orange juice , delicious. Offered corn or flour tortillas or choice of toast with some breakfast items .

I only add reviews of positive experiences. Snooze was fantastic, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in West. I sat on the outdoor patio , and had the Benny Duo...highly recommend.

Who doesn't love brunch ? Snooze is a fabulous brunch restaurant right in the heart of downtown. Be sure to get there early! There's almost always a wait, especially on the weekends, but it's worth it!

Eggs , eggs , and eggs . Oh, did I mention ginger butter on sweet potato pancakes ?! Go for those!

Pancake flights are a thing. You won’t be disappointed. The wait can be long, but they have an efficient texting system to let you know when your table is ready.

Everything! Every meal I've had was great! They have heaps of vegetarian options . The Bloody Mary's are great! It's probably the best breakfast/brunch in Boulder.

The variations on eggs Benedict are fantastic. Picture is of Benny Goodman and Late Harvest duo. Their hash browns aren't very good, though: underdone and uninspired. Sub them out for something yummy.

One of those amazing breakfast spots where you can't go wrong. Blueberry danish pancakes , homemade chicken sausage , and a mimosa . Great start to the day!

Spicy Bloody Mary was great! Had a nice kick. Omelet and hash brown cake were on point. Friendly service too! Great for brunch anytime.

Love the Spuds Deluxe (aka hashbrowns ) and add whatever meat and veggies you fancy . This is a LARGE portion, but get the 1/2 order for 1/2 the price!

Get the new Banana Nutella Situation- plantain French toast with warm Nutella both inside and on the side with banana chips on top. Amazing!

One of my favorites. Tried their blackberry mimosa and green chili bloody mary at a recent @ColoTechAsn event . Just had to go in for brunch the following morning. Too good!

I've never had to wait, & if the portions don't fill you up you're either a fatass or some kind of maniac. The Bartender is always nice & remembers me. Great atmosphere, clean food.

Up and coming local business! Started in Denver (also in Fort Collins), finally made it to Boulder. If you want a breakfast worth the wait come here! It's all that and more!

The huevos rancheros was fantastic! I got it with barbacoa and highly recommend it. You can get 1/2 orders of French toast too; the OMG was true to its namesake.

Sandwich I Am is delicious. Pro tip, french toast and pancakes comes in half/small orders. Ask about the pancake of the day, and say hi to Amalie.

Ask for the Hashbrowns served extra crispy ! Keep an eye out for seating at the bar during peak brunch times - sip a Bloody while you're waiting.

Well worth the wait (plus, there's complimentary coffee while you do). Try the Snooze Hot Chocolate -- an excellent morning delight!

The best pancakes bar none.... Sweet potato pancakes were my fave but the peanut butter cup and the buttermilk were very close seconds.

Place was busy when we arrived (9 on a Thursday) but as two we were seated quickly and staff was apologetic about wait. Sweet potato pancakes were mind blowing though the chicken sausage was average.

Snooze Spuds Deluxe is the best way to wake up! Even more delicious when served with an Egg or two!

They offer the option of almond milk and willing to sub goat cheese for all dishes with cow cheese --yippie!

I've had all their sandwiches (not at the same time) and they're all very good!
