Had a disagreement with staff about the price of our drinks. Asked to see the manager and were told we can see her as she is busy in the office . Ummmm too busy for your customers??? Terrible!

Slow service. Staff are not aware about the ongoing promotions. Downstairs sitting area much quieter than the upstairs one.
