All the friendly staff have apparently left for greener pastures and the current crop makes DMV employees seem positively pleasant.
Everything on their menu is wonderful. The staff is GREAT! Hazelnut coffee is wonderful. And the new strawberries & cream scone is delicious.

Management and staff seems ti have changed recently and not for the better. Orders are wrong, lines are slow and long.

Flatbread sandwiches , nothing special really, wouldn't order it again.
I stood in line and was blatently overlooked while the customer behind me had his order taken. Go here if you want to feel insulted and enraged at a general disregard for customer service.
