While they are very efficient here, how fast you get what you need done is up to you and what time you show up. Patience is definitely a virtue. LOL
If you're coming in on a saturday, come around 730 or earlier. The lineup for the info counter moves about 3-5 min per person. If you arrive just before 8, you will spend at least an extra 1-1.5 hrs

Yes this place is crazy. Huge lineup for one help desk. Be ready for a wait!
After you see this tip and you've already set foot in this place...walk out! Very slow service. Expect to be here anywhere between 2-3hrs.
