The woman working today made the hell out of my carmel frapp !!! Daaaayyum son!! Friggin delish! Yes. I mean my cup was lined with carmel . I SAID LINED WITH CARMEL ! Oh yeah. 10 stars.

I'm amazed at how many people complain about the long wait as they pay for their order with their phones and scroll on them while they wait. SMH. Mobile ordering is the only way to go. Almost no wait.

Make sure to budget a lot of time for this place. Lines are always long and slow. Hella crowded inside. Full of kids from Poly and workers around MetroTech.

You'd think eventually they'd get it together, but you'd be setting your expectations too high. Always takes at least fifteen minutes to order and get a drink here

Loved the vanilla bean frap . That's like my drink the ppl knew I always got when I went to Poly. Can you say life saver ????

I love the green tea shaken latte with hazelnut sweetener. It's my go to summer drink .

This Starbucks wins awards for futility. Always finding new ways to be slow and lower the bar for decent customer service. If it weren't for proximity, I would never visit. There's one on Fulton.

This place is RIGHT next to Tandon. Run in for a latte after class and set up shop. There are not too many chairs, but it's also not overly crowded .

Makes no sense how at 3pm on a Thursday, there is ONE barista and the line is out the door. SLOWER THAN MOLASSES!!!

They now have LIDS for the $1 reusable cup... lets see if I can get lids for the 2 I had previously purchased...

A busy location. Sometimes hard to deal with. They do have a great Staff here!

the staff is great! it gets really crazy and mad busy, with the schools, courts, FDNY and all the bankers, but what do you expect?

Good place. Not busy on Saturday mornings. Staff is alert and courteous.

I think the best time to get coffee is at 9:30 am you will avoid the am rush lines .

Depends on the baristas. Some very friendly , some clearly bitter.

I work here, yes the lines are long but look at where we are - polytech, city tech, FDNY, family court, the marrot hotel , basically we are surrounded - Im at the register how do you think I feel?

They forgot my order, but the staff were really lovely and friendly , and I wasn't in any hurry so no biggy.

Someone needs to open a new coffee place . This Starbucks is so slow!

Incredibly slow service, even when it's not busy. Not a good place to hang out - there are hardly any tables and it's always freezing!

Nast bathroom . Very busy and the staff can't keep up
