Ramen Kureha

Loved the prawn ramen and the chicken soup ramen . Portion is a little small for us, but yummy! Order extra spicy meatball bomb if you like spicy .

Overall not too bad. Hardness of ramen is spot on and pork belly tastes excellent. It would be much better if the soup base is more concentrated n less watery.

found out the hard way that they run out of ramen at some point every night. finally got in and got the first pork based ramen at the top of the normal menu. it tasted like liver soup .

If you want to try their award winning "tonkotsu soup ramen " (魂之一杯）you have to come on sat or sun.

Returning to try the ramen again.I'd pork & fish broth Ramen ,soup was OK but not as concentrated as before.Pork meat was extremely dry and tough,quite disappointed it wasn't as good as previous years

I'd recommend the traditional ramen base. The limited signature thick sauce tastes like and has the consistency of home-made glue. Tepid glue.

As good as it gets in Hong Kong, which isn't saying much. Decent tbh but pricy

麺 硬めが好きなのですが、ここの自家製麺 は硬すぎた。軟らかめで丁度良いのかも 。足りなかったら$15で替玉 有り。八達通でお支払い可。
