Huge store! Plenty of Apple products from which to select. Giant screen at back of store for Apple training . Make an appointment to secure time with the experts as this location gets really busy.

iPhone 11 was stuck in bootloop/restore mode. Two reps at this Genius Bar said to get a new phone (after using methods I told them I tried prior to coming). My 17yo nonrepairman bf fixed it in a day.
The business team here is excellent. It's like Cheers, they know me by first name.
Be sure to check out their cool accessories . They have some neat telephoto lens adapters for the iPhone .

While I'm not happy having trouble with my iMac again, Adam at the Genius Bar was VERY helpful and hopefully in a week my iMac is as good as new. :-)

Trying to find someone to ring you up on the weekend is like trying to figure out who to sit with in a crowded high school lunch room.
Definitely order online and and skip the line around lunch time.
This place is very busy all the time, but I've never had bad customer service. Just to give another opinion besides Jay D's. :)
