This store has the friendliest employees! Usually the only time I come here is if I have a problem, but they are always very nice and find a solution that doesn't cost me anything :)

What an amazing experience. They treated me like I was the only one in the store and the place was packed.

Friendly , helpful staff - when anything goes wrong they will take great care of you at the Genius Bar . Makes buying a Mac that much more worth it.

If you try to walk into the genius bar without an appointment on a weekend afternoon and then complain that they can't see you, let me know so I can personally come smack you in the face.

Self checkout with the Apple Store iPhone app is great. The place is packed but fouls my item, checked myself out, and out the door in a matter of minutes!

I have had the iPhone since the 1st generation and am a HUGE fan. I can't imagine using anything else. Next week, I am picking up my iPhone 4...from the Apple Store. Love Apple. Love this store!

If you have AppleCare+ on your iPhone and upgrade to a new iPhone , Apple prorates a refund on AppleCare+. It doesn't get transferred from one iPhone to another. Call AppleCare for refund.

Crazy crowded all times of day and night. Even when the mall is deserted . Definitely pre-schedule a Genius visit

If your employer is like mine, they will not direct deposit your paycheck to the apple store. Probably for the best.
