wonderful! staff very friendly , huge rooms (try the corner suite) and the restaurants are very nice. The steakhouse is awesome!

The breakfast buffet is fantastic! Fresh fruit , fresh juice , home made bread , omelets , all kinds of cheeses and great lattes .

Stay clear of this hotel ! Unfriendly and arrogant senior staff . The mold in the showers shows that the 5-stars days of this hotel are over. Room service and housekeeping is quite friendly though.

Don't think just because it is a business hotel you could ask for an iron in your room. Need to go to the ironing room on 3rd floor. Unacceptable!

Eines der am besten geführten Häuser , wenn nicht sogar DAS am besten geführte Haus in Hamburg. Perfekt organisiert. Superbemühtes und professionelles Personal.

Устричный бар и тар-тар. Особенно приятно здесь в солнечный день. А вот детский шницель слишком маленький даже для 5-летней Дюймовочки.
