Greenbrier is the best....It only one of the few places that have an area inside for us old time smokers. Great food and Excellent service from some friendly ladies.
I'm a Hooter's connoisseur... I go EVERY Wednesday... Been to EVERY one in Hampton Roads especially the General Booth one (near my house) but the Greenbrier one is the BEST ONE!!! :D
