Love their strawberries n creme frappe . Good enough for its price. But a NOISY NOISY place. Sound like a pre school canteen. If you want serenity and peace you wont find it here. ????????????

excellent wifi signal . Good service . U can stay all day long and enjoy the goodness of tea . But the place might be crowded sometimes bcz its facade of the university .

Good for studying and group project-making. Though I come here for to-go orders, the ambiance is just great! :)

music is too loud as a result people are nearly shouting which makes the place very noisy ... it could be better if they would change the genre of their music into something relaxing less noisy ..
