I celebrated my Anniversary &Bday here and we had the unlimited Provençale Mussells & the Calamars frits. OMG! ????everything was delicious, the attention was great, the atmosphere and the music .

The moules and steak frites are really good. The bar gets pretty packed but push your way to the back and get a table. A reservation is recommended.

Hyper hot spot! You haven't visited NYC until you've been at BXL! Good food, great atmosphere and excellent, friendly service . A must!

All ale lovers - you will love the Cuvee Ale . Awesome lunch deal - starte and main course with a Stella for just 18 dollars. Also, the owners of the place are Belgian :)

A Belgian cafe with a suspect-sounding but actually kind of great all you can eat mussels deal on Mondays. BXL is one of our happy hour go-tos.

Framboise , fries and calamari is my usual. Staff is super friendly but can get packed and overwhelmed after work.

get the small flight of beers to try, they are about 1/4 - 1/3 the size of a normal beer glass, but you can try 5 for $15 e.g. Chimay, Duvel, Lindemans Framboise , Chouffle, BXL house beer .

Stopped in here for a bite to eat and a beer or two. Very reasonable prices for the neighborhood . Steak frites was excellent, and the service was friendly . Lovely selection of Belgian brews.

This should be your go-to after work place – the Belgian beer goes nicely with their Moules Frites (try the Grand Mere) or the Belgian-style meatballs .

Ask the bartenders for special beers , they have some great things hidden in their fridges . Also important: The fries come with mayonaise ! :-)

Woot woot. Great beers , appropriate glassware and we didn't have to throw elbows to get a beer at 5ish on a Friday.

No tourists ! Even though it's right on Times Square this place is quiet and relaxed. Appetiser , main & pint of Stella for $17 at lunchtime.

A stranger at the bar bought me a Troubadour Obscura. Does life get any better than that! Beer is proof that God loves us an wants us to be happy.

They have all the classics. Way overpriced but that's the wold of a Belgian fanatic in the past few years.

Great beers , but note that they have no A/C or fans, so gets very hot and sticky in the summer.

Great sour ales and tripels. Way below par veggie burger .

Good beer selection , good service and atmosphere.

Place is small and always packed with so many theaters in proximity.

The atmo and service were quite nice. However, the food was terrible. I had a burger , which I would say was one of the worst I have ever tried. Tasteless, burned and maybe made with frozen meat.
