I wanted to use Amex for shop small business promo by Amex. She wasn't helpful at all, to refund and re ring sale. Was told then she did not have rights to do refund. Crappy service.

Given the excuse 1st that cafe is too busy for her to do refund. Then told she could not do refund.

Another manager who doesn't employ enough staff and therefore loses business. Poor staff are overworked. Customer service is poor.
