I love this particular IHOP. The food is good of course but the service is top notch which is why I go to this one a lot.

If you ever do get the nutella crepes . Make sure you get an extra cup of nutella

Sunday morning before 10 and you get right in.

The local Scrabble club meets here from 3:30 to 10:00 on Wednesday nights.

I ordered a coffee which took half an hour to arrive, the rest of the food took even longer to arrive. Then my friend got charged $9 for a juice and told to "figure it out". Horrendous service.

This is beyond the worst fucking place ever. I'm fucking irritated. How hard is it to be competent at your job and considerate when serving people. Been here for nearly two hours, ate for 20-30 mins

Waitress forgot to put our order in. When we finally got our breakfast it was completely wrong.

Try their new pancake stackers -- I recommend the strawberry !

Not to mention that I wasn't ever handed a receipt. The professionalism here is off the charts.
