Lovely salon, they need to improve manicure and bring more expert staff , i like the decoration and they serve Elixir bunn coffee ????❤️ the positive thing is that dry salon near to my home ????????

I love coming to this place tried rawda&makka for hair dues both of them are very good but makka is more friendly and kept on changing my hair style until I was satisfied❤️they serve great coffee

Reasons I love dry: 1- online booking 2-variety of color 3-you know the price through the website! 4-loyalty program 5-very good service 6-excellent hair stylists 7-friendly staff 8-they serve you ☕️

Basic mani and pedi SR220 10/10 perfect but a bit pricey

I got gel nails done and it was the worst. 1) She had to do FIVE coats to get a good color on my nails.Their nail polishes are sheer. 2) Color selection is terrible. 3) it chipped in less than a week.

Cozy place, average service however the staff are so rude. Didn’t like that they brought the credit card machine to pay while i was cutting my hair! Im not going anywhere this could wait!

I love their hair service only (not the nails ) I did retro on my short hair and they didn’t count it short only because it’s 1 inch longer from the shoulder!

Great for hair that the price is worth it. For nails however it’s a total waste.

The service was extremely bad, they do not know how to treat their customers. I had shellac done & it only lasted a couple of days & they refused to re-do it and fix their mistake. Very disappointing!

Unprofessional , tiny, and not clean . I had an appointment & came on time they made me wait for 20 min between my mani & padi because they let someone(who seems to be a manager) to do her nails first!

Over priced for the place and equipment, I didn’t find much variety of colors. I’m a picky person when it comes to my nails and this place did not match my expectations.

Their haircut and hair treatment (I tried the organic one + did not notice a difference) are average or slightly below, for hairstyle go to Amjad only + do not do your nails there (please)..

٣/ المصداقية واحترام المواعيد والتفاصيل المتفق عليها واللباقة عند التعامل أمور أساسية من شأنها كسب ولاء العميلة وليس ثقافة "عاجبك ولاالباب يوسع جمل".

٢/ وعدم احترام المهنية في التعامل مع الزبونات، مع رفع الصوت. إذا كان ذلك، صحيح فمثل هذي الصالونات يجب أن تعيد النظر في طريقة تعاملها مع الزبائن.

شغلهم متواضع مافيه اي تكنيك جديد المكان مره صغير، المفروض مكان الشعر منفصل انكتمت من ريحة السيشوار والصبغه تخنق الريحة بشكل????????????

٢/ ما عندي موعد لا الساعه ٧:١٥ ولا عند روضة! وإني حاجزة مع وحده ثانيه الساعه ٣! والمشكله عندي confirmation email إثبات بكل المعلومات! لمن قلت للموظفة هالكلام .. تقولي كذابة السيستم مكتوب ٣

٣/ المشكلة ترفع صوتها وتقل ادبها وتقول لي اشتكي.. واخرتها قفلت السماعة بوجهي!! Bad service and worse attitude ..

The music and the atmosphere are what I liked the most. However, يفضل لو يتخصصون أكثر بمجال المناكير و البدكير، بتنوع الخدمات و الألوان و العلاجات. برضو شغل الستاف توقعت يكون أفضل من كذا.
