One of the most beautifully decorated old cinemas in Helsinki . Go for the upper balcony seats on theatre 1 if you can
The best place to see films in Helsinki. Maxim 1 with big screen and cosy balcony and Maxim 2 with exceptional decor from 1909. Not to be missed!
Great atmosphere. Cinema worth visiting while still open.
One of the few places that have the old fashioned movie theater feel. Love it.
Amazing atmosphere
if u are short and go to the balcany u might not see anything because of the railing
really cool theater
The coolest cinema in Helsinki .
Nostalgic, lovely old atmosphere.
1st row in the balcony has exceptional space for legs. A short person might not see the whole screen, though.
Classic cinema . Must keep it alive.

Tunnelmaltaan intiimi ja klassinen. Jos kaipaat vähemmän amerikkaa elokuvakokemukseesi, valitse Maxim.
Nice open spaces, mod clean and great airconditioning for hot summer days. ;) - Niina C
I reserved tickets to IMAX when maybe a hundred seats were already reserved. I trusted the seat recommended by the system, which was front row in the middle. Big mistake, the screen was way too close. - Janne Savolainen
Superb food, awesome service, but I'd say portions are just too huge. Annnnd the menus were amazing! - Gintare Baublyte
Cafe-shop with lots of sweets and chocolate with yummy gift packs. Glass of wine at lunch time is recommended - F O
Great department store, especially recommended as activity for rainy days! There is something for everyone. Also non-expensive, delicious food downstairs. - J Kofler
