Came here after waiting forever at a nearby Denny's. IHOP was packed but we were greeted immediately, seated quickly, and already have our drinks and order taken. Already a better experience.
Richie Rich is the best! And can't go wrong with the carrot cake or pumpkin pancakes .
Magic mike was the best server but now that he's a manager, he's even better. Good for him

Hey I'll admit it, this is a great place to eat. The food and service are good. As a parent my expectations might be low but whatever.

The worst ihop I've ever been to. No silverware well after the food arrived, even though we'd asked for some. Dirty cups on all the tables, and my eggs were so watery, they leaked all over my plate.
