Was introduced to this place solely because of its view . Went here the second day arriving in Washington. Kayaking and you can even rent bikes and ride around with your family or friends.
Great spot to grab a bite and sit on the steps watching the waves, the sunset , the boats and ferries going by and the beach volleyball games. Get there and enjoy the sand!
It is a nice place to get away with your thoughts during the day but come nightfall (especially on a weekend night) there's quite a night life scene as well . ???????????????????? ????

Park your car at Constellation Park and walk to the business district. Never ever get involved in driving your car down the main drag.
If you have to sleep here, sleep in the pavilion south of the BathHouse, it works perfectly!
