Mecha Uma

Mecha Uma is a privately run chef's table with a menu best described as serving global cuisine with Japanese inflections. This is perhaps the first establishment in Manila to offer a true seasonal tasting menu with air-flown specialties from Japan and an extensive use of local organic produce.

omakase - mouthful of orgasms one course after another... just when you think the chef 's done and climax is over... bam another explosion of complex layering of flavors in your mouth... #amazing

Paolo Travers

I tried the chef’s tasting menu . It was a succession of small plates , each loaded with flavor and presented simply and elegantly, culminating in a satisfying and very filling meal.

Omakase at the counter is always a delightful experience - watching chef Bruce at work and getting to know more about how they prep the food makes it more fun. They have good drinks too!

Henry W.

bring your own sorbet for palate cleansing - it's the chef that just keep giving and he doesn't give up until you wave your white flag... you're gonna walk funny for days...

Sheila Rasu

Sit at the Chef’s table so you can see them preparing your food. The ‘hand-smoking’ of huge fish is just crazy.

Mark Siggaoat

It's a few weeks wait to get a reservation for their degustation menu good for only a few guests at a time. But walk-in and order a la carte. Each dish is delectably umami.

Khaled

Small place but everything is just perfect. Dont miss the tartar toast with foie gras and the beef rice

Impressive. Love this place. The omakase is worth it. I'm definitely going back.
