Loews Sapphire Falls Resort

I’ve stayed at 4 of the resorts at the Universal Orlando property, and this one is by far my favorite. The theming , location, food options, and events exceed that of it’s counterparts.

Beautiful Immaculate Rooms and Common Areas!! Water Taxi is Very Helpful!! Rum Bar Drinks and Tapas Food Both Excellent and 4 Stars for Full Service Restaurant Amatista!!

Beautiful pool. Easy access to and from the theme parks . Pet friendly and offers ride to kennels. Really enjoyed time here.

The boat ride to city walk is so convenient. And oddly relaxing!

Brand new build. Hotel will not open until summer of 2016 but it's supposed to be amazing when it does.

Universal 's newest hotel ! Still smells new!! Fresh. Love this hotel !

Great location

New but it isn't all that good when you're charged for every thing. Daily parking $22, desktop use, etc. Didn't meet my expectations and won't recommend any of the Universal hotels ,they are the same.

We are a Florida residents and annual pass holders (14)to be charged for parking when we don't pay for at the park . Just ridiculous and you have lost customers and will not give positive feedback. :(

Not a good hotel

The staff at pool bar started acting crazy while we were there. Bad vibes at this hotel .

Un hotel increíble, una alberca espectacular, en la noche compra tu paquete de smores y hay lugar en la alberca para hacerlos
