Yes the employees are friendly but only a select few feel genuine. You can tell they're trained to make small talk with you. However, great subs and they offer great coupons to local businesses.

I decided against a combo just to get out of there faster. I get that you make small talk to put your guests at ease, but I was being grilled for info the girl didn't even really care to know at all.

Wow, I guess I'll be the first negative review... The "friendliness" was not at all authentic... Though that could be because they were all distracted by the masseuse in front of me.
