Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport

The hard product (building, rooms, facilities) are very good and the park is great when the weather is nice. The customer service however needs work and the food offering in weekends was below par.

Between 2 meetings around go at the bar take a drink and get free wifi access code. The place is quite enough to work a little.

Nice environment, rooms are quiet , executive lounge is self service but all right. Nice view in the lobby and from the rooms. And friendly staff . Recommended!

Come and enjoy a nice Christmas atmosphere on the Crowne Winter village from now until 12th January, between 4 and 7 pm. Gluhwhein, Hot chocolate , Jenever and appetizers !

Nice hotel , but not the best experience. Very slow internet connection , slow elevators . When I came for breakfast , tables were dirty and nobody paid attention to me.

Friendly reception, clean rooms and a good restaurant . Unfortunately the 1st floor rooms don't have any charging options next to the bed. If you want to charge your phone, you need to cross the room

Pay attention: don't take anything out of the minibar because at the moment you take it out it's already on your bill! People from the reception should warn you for this.

They put booby traps in all rooms :) so never ever try to smoke in the rooms .They are gonna find you and catch you lol.Just paid 250 € so called fee for my friend.i ll never forget this Crowne Plaza .

Don't get the 'full meal' beef teriyaki at the bar . Small portion and very tough meat.

The restaurant service was unfriendly and rude. Also ridiculously overpriced. Kitchen suddenly closed an hour earlier than planned

Make sure you ask for a room with internet. The hotel just switched providers and it is not working in some rooms - or so I am told. Great staff . Great rooms otherwise. Nice range of tv stations .

Zaventem station was a bust. Just take a taxi .

The bar is way too expensive ! And service is very slow.
