Many of the female employees lack any observable personality. I'm not sure that they're actual humans - maybe robots manufactured by Panera?

Love the food at Panera but this one seems to be lacking. Today I got a pick 2, classic salad and napa chicken salad sandwich , not enough chicken salad on my sandwich always slow service.
Look out for the older gentleman that "loves families!"
