I was worried about finding a good spin place after moving to Montreal from Vancouver, but this place met all my expectations. Friendly , professional, clean , and fun. Highly recommend it.
Great instructors , very positive vibe. Clean and well organized facility. Book your classes in advance!
Great workout. They charge for shoe rentals unfortunately but you can also use tennis shoes with their bikes

Belle salle de gym , moderne, propre avec serviettes fournies. 18$ la séance . Moins chers si achat pour 5 ou 10 séances . Les sessions à thème (MJ, Beyoncé, ...) avec Ben sont le best!
Un workout qui paie, qui te pousse à fond et où tu vois vraiment changement. POW! BRING IT ON! Avec des profs dévoués et des playlists musique funky pop boom bap!
Un excellent workout sur le plan cardio , qui fait tellement du bien! Les soirées thématiques avec Ben sont mémorables. Super studio.
