I loved it. BYOB , snacks and soft drinks for sale at the front, nice equipment that worked well , a decent selection of songs, clean bathroom . Very near the McArthur BART train stop.
Make sure you keep track of the time you spend here! They won't be alerting you of how much time passes. Charges based on the length of your stay. An hour cost us about $25 (as a group, not per head).
