Had no problem today with the service. Chorizo burger was very nice. Pleasant atmosphere

Has had a makeover & a bit more expensive than in the past but couldn't fault the food & service. Biggest plus is still the waterside setting & eating outside on the terrace in the sun.

Nice to sit outside in the summer next to the river .

Really enjoyed my fish pie and an excellent beer

Good place to break a walk. The toilets are upstairs; the gents can be found up even more stairs!

This pub has the potential to be really good, but it's not. The staff are surly and the service is incredibly slow. Food is mediocre. Great spot by the canal though...

Used to be my favourite place for food in the area. Since changing hands service has got really terrible. Hope they sort it out soon.

So disappointed! Awful service, had to wait so long. They messed up our food and the food of every other party. Used to be good, not anymore.

I can't believe I've broken the golden rule Again. Always listen to four squarers. Food great if you want to wait 45mins for it! This place has no management. What are they doing? Surly slow staff .

Terrible service & overpriced. The waitress took the condiments from our table even after we said we were still using them. Apparently, they share them from table to table. Is that within health code?

Use the cafe over the road - service here is so poor as to be almost non-existsnt
