Totally modernized! So reasonable ($$) too! Oh and Emily from Urban Yoga (who is Da Bomb btw) also teaches on the ASU side of facility (free to Y members)! Oh yeah. That's what I'm tawwkin' about.

THEE BEST place to watch sports on T.V. in Phoenix. Two 72" screens, comfortable chairs and good people make the "Y@ASU" a terrific addition to downtown Phoenix.

Sean Patrick Knight

The Lincoln Family YMCA is one of the last Y's in the country with a housing facility still offered as one of the amenities to its members. Rates are based on daily, weekly, and monthly figures.

Gerald Bourguet

Free membership for ASU students and a newly refurbished basketball gym floor. If you're looking for somewhere to play basketball indoors, this is a terrific option. New parking structure coming soon!

Amy Fleishans

Great group fitness classes , and ASU students get a free membership to this location! Classes are mostly in the afternoons and evenings. They've got Zumba , cycling, kick boxing, step classes and more!

Brandon Smith

I am at the Y around 4:30 every monday and wednesday and it is always crowded ! Try going before 3. That is when it seems to start getting busy.

Sarah Murphy

FREE membership for all ASU students ! Right across the street from the Downtown campus with free classes and tons of recreational sports and activities with teams to meet new people

Justin Beatty

The least crowded time to work out is between 12 and 3pm. The gym will pack up around 4 and remain that way until close.

Jen Hoagland

You get a free membership if you're an ASU student . I'm a commuter student and thought only students that lived on campus got a free membership , but its open to all ASU students ! Stop in between clase

Cassidy Olson

I highly recommend the Zumba classes ! The classes are Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm, Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm, and Saturdays 10-11am. Gwynne (teaches Wed. and Sat.) is especially awesome!

Roxy Lopez

Sadly, the women's locker room is down stairs but it makes you get more of a work out! The pool has way to much chlorine in it, I think because it's inside! It's nice that ASU students get a free memb

All new equipment, TVs and full of people that are there to work out and not be "seen". No barbie dolls on the treadmill please.

Lee Etcity

ASU students crowd up the place and can't put weights back like little children. Otherwise the place is bright , clean , and good equipment.

Scotty

Cater to ASU and lose the members you had earlier. I used to love coming here. I just gave my 30 day notice.

Alex Guevara
