Heard this place burned down sometime ago. Doesn't seem to have affected the way they do things. Great cranberry muffins and awesome service
My white cake with lemon filling whip cream frosting was AMAZING! The white cake is a little sweeter than yellow so it is a great complement to lemon .
The eclairs are the best in the Chicago area. Custard is not frozen, the pastry has just the right crisp and the chocolate isn't too sweet or the fake kind.
Flour less chocolate cake is to die for! Flakey pillows with vanilla or chocolate . Literally everything!
If available, get the Blackhawks jersey cookies . You can choose any player on the roster.
Always packed, and for good reason. Best cakes and pastries in the northwest suburbs. Take a number.
Great coffee cakes and cookies . I enjoy a punski on Fat Tuesday
The eclairs are absolutely delicious! Wonderful customer service, the manager katie is very accomodating.
Almond crescents are great
Outstanding pastries !
Make sure to leave four vanilla long johns for the mayor or his wife to pick up on Sundays
Mmmm. Best time of year!
Dont forget a smiley face cookie ! THE best!
Paczkis and King Cakes !
Salt sticks are tasty!
Try the Breakfast Bread
Long johns !!
For those who prefer a not too sweet dessert, I highly recommend this passion fruit mousse bomb is just perfect! I noticed that they also have raspberry, and cherry mousse bomb. - Jo Martinson
Order the bunt cakes, they are delicious. And the cake pops are a must!! - Elizabeth Ann
I'm glad they moved locations. The new one is cozy with comfy seating. - Julia N
Bagels are Kaufmann's and are very good. Also try the mix and match beers in the cooler - great way to samples micros and imports - Brian Hopkins
One of the nicer Walmarts in the NW suburbs, larger grocery selection & better stocked than most. Check-out lines are always long. - Erik Rowley
