All the staff have been so helpful and friendly when I came to open my bank account . They ensure you are seen to quickly and that your queries are answered.
If you need to open a bank account , recommended to apply online and go to the bank for the confirm (avoid the crown, should arrive around 9.10 - 9.15am)
The staff here are super attentive - it may look busy but I doubt you'll wait long!! Also a great place for Foreign Exchange - especially HK & China!!
