This place is like my second home. I work out here almost daily, play basketball or lap swim ; I get my hair done here, my massage , my facial , my spa and sauna time, my health supplements. Wow!

It's a LAP LANE! Not a dancing lane, not a walking lane, and definitely NOT A JUMPING WITH YOUR BUDDIES LIKE YOU ARE STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL LANE. Go to the other pool and do your dancing there!

Please STOP wearing heavy doses of perfume or cologne when you go LAP SWIMMING. What smells great to you personally does not mean it smells good to others. Perfume & Cologne do not mix well w/ H2O!

If there's one thing you need to do after every workout --- hit the steam room for at least 10 min to relax that tight and over-worked muscles

Eight power racks! Five have lifting platforms for oly and powerlifting. Need I say any more?

Don't wear sandals like an idiot and take up benches for extensive periods of time, it's crowded as it is and if you wear sandals you shouldnt have a membership!

Wipe the benches down when you are done and put your weights back where they belong. Your mother doesn't work here. I can call her if I have to though, she's on my speed dial

#ProTip: Stop sitting and resting on the machines. Do your exercise and move on so other people can use the equipment.
