If u dot mind sitting at the bar on a busy Wknd the service is very fast and fun to watch. This is a machine. Watch how smoothly te head shirt order cook manages this kitchen. Wow

Favorite local breakfast hotspot. A must do when u want to get off the strip 4breakfast w/o spending a fortune. Sausage gravy is awesome after a long night.

Chili omelette ....EPIC!!!! And the potatoes are amazing! And apparently the stuffed french toast sandwich is amazing as well ......says my little brothers polished plate :)

If you like hot sauce , sneak your own in. Their offering is a thinly veiled internal sauce that tastes of random spices in vinegar. This "Habla Diablo " should be called "Mierda Diablo "

Egg Works is a Las Vegas icon! Great food and service. Order anything, can't go wrong here.
