Fantastic gym , wonderful trainers and people around here, and fun group fitness classes-very diverse selection. I go almost everyday.

Be careful with ur belongings. Especially when you're done and about to leave. Make sure you empty your locker and your stuff are with you. It's hard to get sincere people to return your lost items

Hey the gym already operating normally ,weekdays from 6:30am-11:00pm and weekends from 7:00am -7:00pm lol

Gym equipment is much better than in Bangsar or Cheras!
