Decent sized, clean gym . Smoothie bar is great. Plenty of room for functional exercises. However, there is only 1 Cable Pulldown and 1 Seated Cable Row. Peak hours 4-8 M-Th. Everything's red & gold.
Nice laid back location. Pretty good rates as well .

I love this stop & shop because it's so close to my house, but they have such limited items and not lots of variety. If I need something variety I have to go to the super stop & shop on Dumont. - Shannon Curley
