I was held hostage here because I was leaving early, and my corporate travel agent didn’t update my departure date. This was due to an active volcano 30 miles away. Absolutely crazy policy.

Very good staff. Very accommodating! The Ballroom area is spacious and very new. Wifi is everywhere, no need for a password-it's fast too! Food is superb as well. Great for corporate functions. :) - Gem TS
