These classes are no joke. There are definitely zero beginner yogis attending here. Amazing workout and even more amazing bods.

The studio itself is cozy, with good energetic. The staff is welcoming and helping. The teachers are knowledgeable, supportive. BML has a huge range of different events. Free or paid-always are great - Ozverusha
