Best Ramen in Houston! Limited but excellent menu. It's called Specialization. The miso caramel ice cream is amazing for dessert . Excellent, personalized service like you only get in a small place.
The tonkotsu ramen is good esp the egg & pork . It's kind of expensive . $12 for a small bowl.The place is like a ninja bc it's hidden.It's a black building.There is a free parking lot across the street
If you like to eat in a dark, dusty space with a rude, sullen bartender , all while dining on sub-par ingredients with inflated prices, well then . . . congrats, this is absolutely the place for you!
