One of the better Indian joints in the neighborhood , though it can run on the pricey side. Tikka masala is solid, as are the mango lassis . Spinach soup is better than you'd expect.
There's lots of vegetarian options on the wkd lunch buffets . It's always delicious. I've now also enjoyed dinner off the menu . Vegetarian jalfreezi was excellent! It's mild though, so add some heat.
Very good Northern Indian cuisine in a neighborhood you wouldn't expect. If you're into goat , you have to do the goat curry . loved the Indus Valley dal as well
Best Northern Indian food this side of Murray Hill . Lamb chops are excellent, love the tamarind sauce , dahl is good, samosas are perfect. Great service too. No wonder it's packed.
Lamb Vindaloo is exceptional (spicy , but perfectly balanced with a bit of yogurt sauce and nan ).
Nice variety, spicy was good. First time here, will return.
Name changed: Manhattan Valley
Paneer tikka masala is heaven . All chicken dishes can be replaced with Paneer for vegan guests
The Lasooni Gobhi is the best appetizer on the menu!
The staff was very rude. They made a big deal when I asked to be seated closer to the window because I was only one person and the table was for 4. Yet there were lots of empty tables everywhere ..
We love the palak paneer !
The cauliflower appetizer is amazing!!!!
The chicken tika-masala is to die for.
The food is very good here, but the hostess needs to know how to work the door. She told us a few minutes for a table but after 30 minutes, we were still not seated - and she was no where to be seen.
great lunch buffet !!!
Huge menu!
Best palak paneer ever!
Try the rice pudding . Best Indian dessert ever.
Saturday lunch buffet !
I love this place! Brunch was Delish!
Great food, great service, reasonable prices. First-rate weekend buffet .
The Mango Lassi is amazing.
Lasooni gobi is a good appetizer
They have a special chicken tandoorithat use mango and sour cream . De-lish.
Get the all-you-can-eat weekend buffet at Indus Valley. Delicious!!
They have a 11 dollars buffet on weekends.
If the Vindaloo seems too mild, order the Bhuna Ghost "spicy ."
Two entrees feeds me for three days
try the chicken tikka and Nan .
Indiano Sensacional!
