PA Wine and Spirits is a regulated store so there aren't many avenues to stand out against the rest, but I have to say this store has the best playlist of any liquor store I've ever been in.
Usually no lines at all during the week. Lots of parking . Grab a pint, then sneak it in the movies .
Can't go wrong with Fireball . Only $18 and delicious!
