Lowe's

When I am working on a project that I dont need any help with I often choose Lowes, the employees never bother you even when you say hello. If I need help I go next door to Home Depot .

Garden center usually have some great clearance plants????

Customer service and friendliness is greatly improved this year.

Customer service is slacking. Expect to wait 15-20 min for them to figure out they didn't punch in the last name you gave them and took a long time to go look for the product. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!

Worst customer service ever! Go elsewhere if you have to order something not in stock, if you have problems with the products, or if you have to speak to somebody in general!

Horrible customer service. Just needed 2 keys made. No one would help me. Asked for help 2. Guy finally showed up....didn't say anything to me. Not going to come back if I can help it.
