Great view of the filthy brown Fraser River . There's colorful brown logs floating in the water. Sometimes, you may even luck out and see a cadaver or animal floating.
Swamp land. Hideous view of dirty ugly log infested waters. If I was a resident here, I'd be worried abt seeing a body floating in the river or washed up in the doggy park . Condosare cheaply made

Love the area. Great place to walk our pug!
Romer 's has improved a bit but it's still not worth it. Try Cactus club instead. They're a 5 minute drive east.

Not officially off leash. Watch out for bylaw officers especially on long weekends.
