So love Steak 'n Shake burgers and shakes . Hasn't changed at all since I worked there many years ago.

A blast from the past. Ate at Steak n Shake as a kid. Fantastic burgers . Awesome shakes . Great service.

My car broke down a few days ago. I called 911 to help me and they escorted me to the Steak & Shake parking lot . I left a note with our info and said we would come get the car. 2 mornings later

Staff is friendly , prices are cheap . Alittle slower than a fast food place, but everything is cooked to order. Seasoned fries are excellent!

I also should add that we tried calling the restaurant to explain the car being there and to tell them we would be pocking it up the same day they had it towed. Steak & Shake apparently has no local

I love the 5 Alarm Chili . I understand there are others in Colorado, this is the only one I know of.

Freddy's Steak burgers offers the same kinds of foods but with very kind and friendly customer service and consideration.

Open more locations! It is always so busy here. Also bring back the California Steakburger.

You would think that the novelty of SnS finally in Denver would have died down by now, but it hasn't. 15/20 minute wait to sit, half hour for drive-thru. Still good food though.

Service is great and it's an outta the way location.

You really can't be in a hurry! You will give your order an hour after you get there.

The size of the people coming out of this place solidifies it's position as a fantastic eatery .

Since it's initial reopening. I feel the food has gotten better but the service has gone down hill . The manager looks lost and the sea of un-bussed tables and people waiting to sit is ridiculous.

Drive thru is very slow but the food is great so it makes up for the wait.

Posting signs along the drive thru about how its ”worth the wait” doesn't make it so. Change the signs to ”we're sorry.”

Burger shooter was pretty good. Especially with buffalo sauce . Down side was that it took 15 minutes in the drive through and they messed up our entire order.

Service sucks foods good ... watched our shakes sit in the window well every server and the management walked by looking there still there as I type this

I think getting a car impounded after just 2 nights without looking for a note, is not very customer friendly . I'm sure no one at Steak & Shake cares but I won't be eating there again.

Get the Double Cheese . The fries were average, My Dr. Pepper was mostly water. The staff is annoyingly clueless.

I'm used to it by now but they have the slowest drive thru in the universe . I don't understand why they even bother having one at all.

Very disappointing. We Waits in the drive thru line for 18 min to get fries that looked like they were cut with a cheese grater. And a burger that was nothing special. Won't come here again!!

Not staffed, drive thru wrapped around the building, 3 people working. Customers want to support these businesses and they do not care. Sad

Not very good. If you like milkshakes it's worthwhile, but if you don't like milkshakes the food isn't worthwhile

Go through the drive thru . Worst service I have ever had. Took 15 min for 3 hamburgers and fries . Had to ask unmotivated manager and it was cold.

Food is good, but the service is slow. Milkshakes didn't arrive until half the meal was finished.
