Come on an empty stomach. Everything here is delicious. I love the Spice girl roll, the crab salad and, the Mr. Tokyo bowl is a sushi appetizer . Is not in the lunch buffet . But, in the dinner buffet .
The sushi here is very good. There are tons of different sushi options, so there is a roll for everyone! It gets super crowded around 12:00, so plan accordingly.
Sushi is excellent and the price is no bad at all...Las Vegas roll is legit!!

Quality has dropped a bit, likely due to the sheer quantity of business they do. Still can beat the bang for the buck anywhere
