Like Chairman Bao Truck in SF but with 4x the menu size - even dessert bao and friend bao buns . Very good bottled beer selection . Staff is super helpful and friendly and into the beers .

Got their pork belly bao and the Korean Bulgoggi Bao with fried avocado and onion rings . Pork belly was awesome! Bulgoggi was meh but I am Korean, so it's biased. Decent fusion place in the south.

They only have ramen on Monday and Tuesday nights! But still should go any other time because other options are also delicious. Super large portions of edamame .

I've been to Bao Haus in NYC and these prices are high. Soft shell crab was my fav. Pork belly was kinda thin and I wish they julienned the cucumber instead of slices. Texture makes a difference.

Yummy & not gummy ! The yeasty dough at Fat Bao never gets gummy , but stays fine and fluffy to the last bite. SO good.

They are good but not that good. Ingredients aren't that sophisticated. Prices are way too high - makes me wonder if they are just there to keep up with the higher rent on Kirby.
