Too big. Staff not very helpful nor very friendly . I much prefer my local hardware stores . Only come here if you know exactly what you want, and you know they have it.

I say I come here for the smell of cut wood, but really come here for attention from the extremely friendly sales associates. Tip: come here after a breakup for supplies to build yourself a new life

Administrative Store Manager J Carro offered to help me by telling me to leave all of items that I'm returning at the store so I don't have to take them back home.

Buying online and picking up at this store is a lot slower, than just going to the shelves and getting items yourself

They have what you need for home improvement but some of the employees are clueless...

Lowe's is our go-to place for hardware and home improvement goods, but this store is a huge disappointment. Staff were irresponsive.

Mismanaged and incompetent. A week of run around trying to get a stock door installed.

Nice people, but it can take a long time to get someone to help load heavy items.

Employees are not well trained Employees are clueless on their own department Lowes encourage you to purchase more that what you need as long as you don't return it back to them.

There is 2nd level parking with elevators

The staff was so helpful...even helped me load up the car...I will be shopping here more often

What was good here? ...well , certainly not the customer service. Managers take ages to be found. Rude staff (not all but some) Will look elsewhere to spend my money.

They need to hire better people! Rude sales and bad cashiers ! But the delivery was wonderful!! It was fast and quick!!!

Very slow service, disgusting bathrooms , and their location is impossibly difficult to get an Uber to and from.

Not idiots, nice people with rude customers is what I noticed. Did wait much longer then the guaranteed 20 minutes for Internet pick up though. C'est la vie
