The Park System's first park, opened in 1961. Its waterways, sandy hills, forests and ponds attract anglers and hikers in the summer, and cross-country skiers and ice skaters in the winter. Children can enjoy climbing, swinging and sliding on the playground year round.
1101 Schoolhouse Rd Wall Township , NJ 07753 United States
The Gully Rd entrance has better access to the trails and you don't need to cross Schoolhouse Rd
My happy place, well one of them. Beautiful woods and trails . Great recreation areas too.
One of the only playgrounds that is in the shade all day! Also has an area to play in the sand, and it's completely padded!
Not well marked trails ... just not easy to get around. Seemed lots of parties happening but no sight of any park rangers , no masks or social distancing
Enjoy the trails on a misty day, great for your skin & psyche!!
great for walking, skating, and biking! If skating then the paved pathways by the soccer fields (closest to the elementary school) are a little rough, stick to the pathways closest to Deal Rd. - Brianne G
