Solid, good quality pho . Plus fun bubble tea
The #2 combo is tasty and a good deal . I get it with the #2 Pho (beef and brisket ), but you can get it with any of their Pho varieties.

Pho Hoa is definitely one of the most authentic pho places I've been to.
