Get the Apple Store app and you can use EasyPay to buy most non-Mac/iOS device items in the store with your Apple account. Though be aware you will feel like the most blatant shoplifter ever..

If you have an issue with your laptop, make sure the genius people are in a good mood. If you're polite, they're far more likely to step beyond/bend the rules slightly to help.

Don't stand around waiting to be served, nobody will come. Go right up to someone wearing an Apple tshirt and get their attention.

It's tiny and gets busy here, try shopping late around 7pm to avoid the crowds. Oh and iOS > Android :)

Be careful using Easypay I just got stopped by security outside! #embarrassing but proved wrong!

Wannabe fanbois typically stand outside the store, gawking at the preciouses inside and block people just trying to get somewhere in the Bullring from getting past....

Make sure that if you book an appointment you have around 2 hours to kill. Passed between "Geniuses" for an hour before properly being seen.

Never, ever go between 9am and 4pm.

Shit service. They make you wait forever. And don't check who's picking up the laptop or whatever. They just hand it to you. Zero security. Took two weeks to fix my laptop.

If you're a heavy Google user, check all your Apps for Domains work, before buying an iPad...

Take MacBook Pro for repair, without appointment, put on standby and all sorted within an hour. Genius.

DO back-up all your data. Shit happens. Trust me.
