Climate control is quiet and works better than more fancy systems. Staff were helpful; decent number of power points in the room, large telly. Don't take hotel taxi to City airport , it's extortionate!

Superb hotel , gym , pool all good, free wifi is too unless you pay so let's it down, but super sleep, nice food and the area is quiet and tranquil for somewhere in the city

Executive suit 4016 is superb, fantastic view of the O2, Crystal etc.

Really nice modern hotel , with possibly the slowest internet in the world. Reminds me of my days using a 1,200 baud modem; but at least it is free

Separated buffet for English breakfast . Iron and possibility to power phones via usb in the room.

Customer service was the first thing to slide when their computer systems went down. Room was nice though and breakfast was pretty good

View was amazing and enjoy the buffet .

Having a cappucino on the terrace is a great way to enjoy the sun in a business meeting

The bar is a great place to people watch while keeping your eye on the Champions League

This hotel is like a fridge . Cold everywhere from lobby to bar to restaurant to rooms. Having to use large heaters all over to attempt to deal with it. Very disappointed by my stay here.

5 star hotel - very comfortable close to Excel center
