Locker rooms are the only annoying piece to this gym . The resolution people really created a mess during the rush hour after work hours. Otherwise I love this gym and the staff . Very immaculate.
Great little gym that just had all cardio equipment replaced! Very reasonable prices/membership deals.
If you are going to use a locker at least bring/use a lock. It gets tiresome to open locker upon locker full of people's stuff in search of a free locker . Thanks!
Ask the front desk for access to the rooftop ; they will play dumb at first but it rocks up there!
Joanna is awesome! Take any class with her and I guarantee you will get a great workout. She really pushes you :)
Just tried Joanna 's piloxing class . I think it worked me out more than when I had a personal trainer teaching me boxing!
Cassandra is not messing around. And she's the best and fun to work with!
Semi-empty on a nice day after work when it's normally busy
Train with Aly she's amazing! Really works you out!!
Katie's bangin body class on Sunday mornings is awesome.
Train with Andres he is the best!!!!!!!!!
Train with chris...he is the best! :)
Wednesday boot camp isn't boot camp
Viola's Hip Hop class is so much fun! She is a great teacher & really funny! You get some nice light cardio to balance out all the hardcore classes. I'll be taking that class again! - Chernise
The best trainers are Leo, Guillermo, and Chris! Each of them are built differently but all are in excellent shape. Always choose a trainer who has a BODY type that YOU would like to achieve!! - Anthony Castro
They provide you with a heart rate monitor so you can track your results. It's a heart pumping workout and Carla is so motivating and nice. - Angela
Underground parking. Liquor section is on the upper floor. Really fresh deli counter - Lauren Meek
Service is great! Staff is super friendly. I personally enjoy the Japanese Pan Noodles with either Tofu or Shrimp. :) - Stephanie Iza
